As COVID cases started to rise and the health of our family became a top priority we decided to forgo the usual birthday festivities but knew Jax deserved a day to remember. At the end of the day, the parade was perfect. We got to see a lot of our friends and family that we hadn’t seen in months and although the timing was not ideal, seeing their smiling faces brought so much joy to our hearts. It was a core memory day for sure – one of a little bit of sadness but so much joy.
